The Strength Of a Woman
Hey, my Name is Caitlin (or Caite) I'm 28, I'm the creator of this site. I will try and update almost every day, sometimes I will even post quotes to brighten your day and sometimes just random stuff that I do, or that I'm proud of.
I graduated from Sanford Brown Institute in New York City with a certificate in Medical Assisting. I have a passion for helping people.
I started my major in Sociology at Queens College (still working on it). My goal is to open a women’s center someday.
I am creating this page to:
<3 Provide some sort of support for women like myself. I encourage you to feel free to vent, let it out.
<3 For those women who have become victims of domestic violence, or feel like they are "prisoners" in relationships.
<3 I will also share some ways to take control of your life after being in an abusive relationship or a relationship that you may feel "trapped" in.
Now, the reason I feel I need to help or reach out to teen girls or women in bad relationships is because, I've been disrespected and treated ways no woman should ever be treated and I will NEVER let that happen again. I've been through both mental and physical abuse. It's sad that it had to get as far as it did before I put my foot down!
Of course in the beginning I didn't think that when he grabbed me by my arms a little too tight or got in my face real close and screamed at me that it could be considered "abuse"... I was wrong! I want women to know that it IS a problem when their boyfriend, husband or even friend is constantly putting them down or not treating them the right way.
I hope that the women and men that read/visit my site once and a while will take something from this and realize that women deserve the best!
I've made a promise to myself that the next man that I fall in love with will love and respect me in each and every way possible and whoever it may be will respect my daughter and the fact that she is my number one and always will be. I have very high expectations for the next man that comes into my life.
Basically I've learned to LOVE & RESPECT myself. Hopefully I can help some other women learn to do the same.
* Some things were a little personal so I left them out but if you like you can email me and I will talk about them to you and share stories with you privately. As you can feel free to tell me what you have gone through. You don't have to tell me who you are, sometimes just having someone listen makes you feel so much better.*

Some of the things I will be doing on the site:
* Learn the signs, and learn how and when you should leave.
* I will be entering quotes almost every day and
helpful ways to start living a new abuse free life.
* I will talk about the law of attraction and how it can help you sculpt
your life into the masterpiece you want it to be and deserve for it to be.
